An italian menu is always composed of 1.) Antipasti, appetizers, often various types servered either simultanuously or one after the other, this could go from 3 to 10 different appetizers. 2.) "Primo", a first dish, which is either a pasta or a rice (risotto) dish, sometimes also a soup (such as minestrone) . 3.)
