Continuing our tour of Rungis. We entered a very strange place...the Triperie. The hall where the other parts of the animals are prepared to eat; such as the brains, livers, tongues, calf heads etc. etc. If you are a vegetarian or a member of WWF, I would highly recommended that you skip this posting.
The Triperie hall was the smallest hall in our tour.

This was the most bizarre of the whole hall. The calf heads.
